The Learning Technologies Solution of the Year Award is presented to an enterprise that has carried out a training project using one or more learning technologies that demonstrates high quality and innovation – in terms of both content and instructional techniques – and that has made demonstrable performance improvement for the client.

You are requested to structure your submission in a way that covers the sections below. Each section will be reviewed by the judges during the short-listing phase and the submission will be scored. Non-short-listed entrants may request a summary of the judges’ assessments. Please ensure that you observe the strict word count criteria below.

  • Overview – a brief description of the learning technologies programme, the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved, and the enterprise’s expectations and requirements.

  • Description of the key challenges, and the approaches adopted – consider the following points within your submission: needs analysis, solution development, project planning, review process, service delivery, client engagement, performance outcomes, and lessons learned.

(Maximum 250 words)

  • Outcomes – what were the key performance metrics and results, both in terms of business performance and also in terms of meeting stakeholder expectations?

  • Achievement – what do you consider to be your core achievements on this project and why do you believe that this is the year that your programme should be Learning Technologies Solution of the Year?
