We believe that the only way that an entrant can do justice to their submission is to have the opportunity to make a formal presentation to the judges and be able to answer any questions the judges may have.
Therefore, each shortlisted entrant will receive the opportunity to give a 30 minute presentation at Westwood House. An additional 15 minutes are allowed after the presentation for questions and answers.
What is the judging process?
All completed entries will be assessed by an independent panel of judges under the chairmanship of The Chair of Judges. The panel will then prepare a shortlist for each award.
Each short listed entrant will receive written confirmation, by the 10th November, of their time slot for presenting to the judging panel. The judging is kept to strict timescales and it is asked of each entrant that they ensure they arrive on time and that their presentation does not run over. If late, this may result in the company being withdrawn from the Awards. Guidelines will be sent out in advance of the judging.
The venue for judging is Westwood House, Coventry. Maps will be sent with your confirmation. For more information please feel free to contact Nicki Kettle on +44 (0)845 006 8858.
The judges reserve the right to withhold any awards where the entries do not achieve an appropriate standard.
Will I receive any feedback?
Due to the large amount of entries, we are now unable to provide feedback on your entry. The most important advice the judging panel provide to entrants is to carefully follow the Judging Criteria, as that is what the Judging Panel will be scoring you on.
We wish you the best of luck with your entry!
