How to Enter

Entering the Learning Awards is simple as long as you follow the instructions outlined on this page.

Who can enter?
Any company, organisation or individual may provide an entry, multiple entries can be made per category . Unlike most other awards there is no charge for entries. You should complete the Learning Awards Entry Form – which can be downloaded from the ‘Enter’ page. We will require the name, job title and contact details of the person who is the main contact point for your entry. We recommend that you return this completed form as soon as possible so we can register your entry – note there is no need to send your submission with the Awards Entry Form, this can be sent at a later date.

Which category should I enter?
The Institute will make gold, silver and bronze awards (where applicable) in each of the categories. You need to choose the appropriate category carefully. Read through the Awards Category Description for the award category(ies) and check that it matches your entry. If you are unsure about which category(ies) to enter, contact Nicki Kettle, who will be pleased to help you.

What should I include?
Providing you have sent your Entry Form previously, you should send us  your Learning Awards Submission Document.  Please submit your entry as a MS Word Document or PDF file, although applications will also be accepted in digital format; acceptable digital formats are Flash, MP3/4, PowerPoint Slideshow package, or web site links.
